 From the roots of Poison Whisky and The Wurramara Band come Milyakburra Band. Milyakburra is located near Groote Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, North East Arnhem Land. Milyakburra Band are influenced by classic 70's rockband such as Black Sabbath and Led Zepplin, Australian groups like The Angels and AC/DC. Milyakburra Band are Joaz Wurramara, Peter Wurramara, Allan Wurramara, Derek (Trash) Wurramara, Sylvester, Brian Pascoe and Dion Wanambi.
