B2M - Live at The Monsoon Sessions Darwin CD Cover

B2M featured in ABC's news story "Cricket greats play cricket Tiwi style"

B2M is made up of 6 young Indigenous men that sing about the issues facing all young people such as drugs, alcohol and suicide. Their music is an R‘n’B pop with a traditional twist.

The lyrics in their songs come from life experience growing up in an Aboriginal community and seeing first hand the effects of Drugs and Alcohol on their own people.

Educating the kids of the future through their music and encouraging people to make a change in their lives is what keeps this band going.

The 2006 Darwin Festival saw the band take to the big stage and the audience was completely blown away from the bands fresh positive approach. B2M performed along side Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu of the Saltwater Band, the concert recorded by Triple J.

Already in the bands short history they have achieved what take some band some years to achieve, one of their first songs recorded “Mahlia” has been featured by National Broadcaster ABC as part of a program on mental health.
